President Message

Welcome to the Area Development Organization (ADO). With 40 years of professional experience, including 26 years dedicated to the development and social sector as an educationist, reformist, policy advocate and social scientist.

I am honored to lead this dedicated team. Our vision is to improve the living standards of disadvantaged and underprivileged rural communities by utilizing modern tools and techniques of social mobilization, fostering grassroots institutions, and promoting sustainable social development without any racial, religious, or gender discrimination.

At ADO, we are committed to organizing and mobilizing local communities into Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) and clusters for sustainable, gender-balanced development. We promote primary education among vulnerable groups, especially girls and children from low-income families. Our mission includes developing community infrastructure, enhancing local skills through vocational training, breaking the cycle of poverty with microfinance programs, and responding effectively to emergencies and disasters.

Our core values—Transparency, Humanity, Gender Equity, Participatory Approaches, Learning Environment, and Self-Accountability—guide us in every initiative we undertake.

Thank you for your continued support and partnership in our journey towards a brighter future for all.

Warm regards,

Syed Saghir Hussain Bukhari
